🔬 Join us in welcoming Dr. Oliver Knoop to the PFASuiki team! 🔬

We’re proud to introduce Oliver as our new Head of Laboratory & Analytics. With a PhD in Chemistry and a strong focus on analytical chemistry and water chemistry, he brings extensive expertise to our mission of destroying PFAS and safeguarding clean water.

Oliver’s journey so far includes:·

- 7+ years in LC-MS/MS method development and application, including PFAS determination in water·

- 4 years leading the Trace Organic Compounds Laboratory at the Technical University Munich·

- 3 years of hands-on experience with automated sample preparation using liquid handling platforms·

- Pioneering PhD research on the destruction of pharmaceuticals during advanced water treatment — including the risks of hazardous byproducts and ecotoxicological effects.

With his deep expertise in analysis, lab leadership, and health & safety, Oliver will play a key role in scaling our technology safely and effectively.At PFASuiki, we believe clean water is the world’s most precious resource — and with Oliver on board, we’re even better equipped to protect it. 🌍💧

Beyond the Carve-Out: Why Year One Was About Building the Foundation for Destruction

One year after spinning out as an independent startup, PFASuiki has built the critical foundation for permanent PFAS destruction. This milestone reflects 12 months of intense focus: establishing a state-of-the-art lab in Oberhaching, securing advanced analytical infrastructure, and uniting a growing team. With Year One dedicated to validation and team alignment, the team took a pause to celebrate this achievement. PFASuiki is now shifting gears for Year Two: moving from the lab to field execution with upcoming industrial pilot programs.
